Terms of Service

1. Service Description

OneDay Web provides custom website design and development services. All websites are hand-coded (no templates) and delivered within 24–48 hours after receiving complete project requirements.

2. Payment Terms

  • Total price: €790 (OneDay Web Core package)
  • Payment structure: 50% upfront (€395), 50% upon delivery
  • Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer or PayPal
  • Work begins only after receiving the upfront payment
  • All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable.

3. Delivery & Revisions

  • Delivery time: 24–48 hours after project intake is completed and all required materials are received.
  • One revision round included in the base price
  • Additional revisions billed at €50/hour
  • Client must provide feedback within 7 days of delivery. If no feedback is received within 7 days, the project will be considered approved.

  • 1–3 page professional website
  • Mobile responsive design
  • Working contact form with email delivery
  • SEO-friendly structure
  • Source code (HTML / CSS / JS)
  • 3 months of complimentary managed hosting and contact form services

✗ Not Included

  • Domain registration
  • Ongoing hosting after the initial 3-month period
  • Content writing (unless "Copy polish" add-on is purchased)
  • Custom functionality (e-commerce, user accounts, complex integrations)

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Client receives full ownership of the website code and design. OneDay Web retains the right to display the project in its portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.

6. Maintenance & Hosting (No Lock-In)

The €790 fee includes 3 months of complimentary managed hosting and contact form services, starting from the delivery date.

After 3 Months (Optional)

  • Service continues at €29/month only if the Client chooses to continue
  • Includes: hosting, contact form functionality, security updates, and technical support
  • Service is cancellable at any time via email. The service remains active until the end of the current billing period. No penalties apply.
  • Upon cancellation, the Client receives all website files within 48 hours for independent hosting

There are no automatic charges, no long-term contracts, and no lock-in. The Client retains full ownership and may migrate the website at any time without restrictions.

Hosting, email delivery, and form functionality may rely on third-party service providers. Temporary service interruptions may occur and will be addressed as soon as reasonably possible.

7. Refund Policy

  • 100% refund if work has not started
  • 50% refund if design is in progress
  • No refunds after final delivery and transfer of website files.
  • Work is considered started once design or development work has commenced.
